Sri Lanka Receives War Crime Report; Five Days Given To Respond In Writing

 

“You cultivate what you sow”

Sri Lanka is a nation of multi religious, multi ethnic pluralistic society, I am saying this as a strong reminder to the ruling coalition government, in the present context of the entire country has fallen into and genuine, credible, effort that exposes truth by truth is the only way out of the mess of prolonged hegemony of one community and one theme related to same community.

In religious perspective Karma Yoga as it does, has been befallen on the birth itself, as such on the entire population of Sri Lanka, the same Karma Yoga takes it course so virulently post independently, the same philosophy also prescribes WISDOM CAN OVERPOWER KARMA YOGA, and that WISDOM PREVAILED and PREVAILS IN by TRUE BUDDHISM, but the greed for power politics singled out the majority hegemony, and it is the basic of what has been sowed.  Post independent politicians are somewhat compelled to continue that had been descended to them.

Why I am saying this now?

Prime Minister Modi’s last week outburst in a religious international conference in Bodhi Gaya is a reflection of what is transpiring in coming days and beneath, considering the fact  that he being an ardent and strong Hindu Ideologist, would not have allowed such subordination without any  purpose while Indians consider Buddha’s philosophy as an integral part of Hinduism!

Modi is awareness of the ground situation in regard to present context, all importantly of the past of Sri Lanka that the -“ONLY A THEME OF RITUALS OF SIMILARITY PREVAILED BUT THE REAL SUBSTANCE IGNORED IN THE STATE OF AFFAIRS  IN THAT QUEST FOR CONSERVING THE SAME through hegemony  - rather than the Gaudhama Buddha's real guidance to live,  that led  to the present scenario”, and that awareness has led the International Community take the present stance of giving Sri Lanka ample time to heel its harrowing wounds.    

International Community, that includes India were not just wasting time in only digging out the last ditch of war and to be fooled further, but an excavation of reasons for confronting parties to involve a hostile confrontation for three decades.  That is the language spoken now by Modi, USA, Britain and in fact whole of Middle East through Prince Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein being the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, and the UN itself they all want permanent peace in this beautiful island. The outcome of PRE-INDICTMENT INQUIRY is that The Govt. Sri Lanka shall understand that language for sustaining peace and work according to that. 

The American Stance has been very clearly pronounced publicly that they are for a CREDIBLE, GENUINE RELIABLE INTERNAL INQUIRY, WITH INTERNATIONAL EXPERTISE ON PINPOINTED INDICTMENTS ON LTTE AS WELL AS ON the behaviour of GOVT. of SRI LANKA its Armed Forces, and transforming  of Armed Forces Personals to realise that they are duty bound to protect all ethnic minorities and their livelihood resource as well SHOULD BE THE BASIC FOR RECONCILIATION. 

As such International Inquiry and substantiating indictments personally has been absolved to facilitate the reconciliation within Sri Lanka a fair decision I recon.   Will the Govt. of Sri Lanka respond with that level of inquiry that absolves the hegemonic orientation of Defense Forces, law implementations?  

International Inquiry will patch up the wounds of last ditch of war only, and thus is a Symptomatic treatment only, but what International Community has prescribed rather strongly is to heel the harrowing wounds permanently  through the basics arising from last ditch of war.
