Evil Infiltrated Society have to evict the Evil from the Society, by no less means

Reviving the Hangman’s Job and Hanging as Capital Punishment, In Sri Lanka

Raping, molesting and murdering of nothing knowing children and young has been on the increase, apart from against adolescents and adults, we have to bear in mind that so many are not reported for explicable reasons.

Young girls and more importantly just weaned up children, has become so vulnerable in the Triple Gem blessed country, true 5 to 7 of sporadic incidents have now become spate of unabated incidents and what does this reflect in a society that upholds the highest religious values through various valuable faiths of high dignity including Buddhism of the State.

Clearly does not reflect anything glittering but ill manifests the total inability of a human being that, (yes it is that) cannot withhold his urge for an altruistic behaviour, and the worst is, in that urging thrust he could not  identify to whom it could be done; isn’t I appear so plain indecent and vulgar when I write the truth, so does the individual who perform it and so does the society he represents, and hence it should be measured in a social scale, not as of isolated,  incidents of individual behaviour for the necessity of evicting the evil  either individually or from the society. Therefore the authorities have to view all these incidents of infiltration of animal behaviour overhauling the human being as social evil that emphasizes expediting eviction from the society.  

What converts a human into an indecent altruistic behaviour? What decent wording needed? – just plainly should be put as worst animal behaviour And thus converted the fairly decent society into an increasingly manifesting actions numbness to nudity, doesn’t matter how much low percentage, out of total population, it is very clear that incidences being reported more and more. Actions of low threshold for numbness to nudity or nudity itself shouldn’t be the culture and it cannot be tolerated either.

Lack of knowledge to differentiate between the human physiological and emotional requirement, and the animal behaviour, to a lesser extent, contribute to this social evil particularly the crimes by juvenile of 13 – 15 years old individually.

But abduction, kidnap and molesting for the sole purpose of discharge of desire by force, four crimes for one sloe aim of animal behavioral relieve definitely warrants determined deterrent warning from the society that pursues normal decency, and revive the hang shall be the social attire for Sri Lanka, particularly when that same attire had the effectiveness to curb crime rate in the annals of Sri Lanka.

If a perpetrator have time to plan and execute, one crime alone, he will have plenty for one in two or many  to isolate the probable victim so would have time to consider and fear the consequences of it as well – if those “consequences” effectively prevailed  within the so called modern, decent  society.  During thirty years of war even LTTE had it in check within their limit, fear of bomb blasts had everyone on their toes to protect each other, and law implementation also had it say a decade ago only.

But the last ditch of war prolonging for at- least six years everything went berserk and at the end of war, and afterwards, in the hype of ostentatious euphoria for sustaining power, priorities of a Responsible Government graveled and tarred only, events of maelstrom set in motion to allow the social evils to penetrate the society, so called liberation from terrorism, itself “liberated” everything evil to the society.

Impunity enjoyed by the certain section of the society, carrying that section above the level of ordinary civil servants, even though these defense force members are paid well and looked after well, ahead of other civil servants – make them so powerful, a feel of nothing over them when the leave the barracks to their respective villages either permanently or temporarily – induce them to every aspect of crimes, Robbery, Murder and even Rape,  this is a fact no any reasonable inquiring police officer would dare to deny, and a public secret but that has not been realized as a strong factor for many social evils. They also boast proud of their acts that received accolades of battle field through impunity (which is otherwise crime) induces other youths commit the crime. Adding to all these the lawlessness for a decade, the devil is not alien, and evil is of our own past itself.

The Drugs users as well as addicts would contribute in greater extent to the sex desired crimes, animal behaviour overrides voluntary behaviour, numbness for nudity prevails and actions that are numbness for nudity emancipated, into the society and thus the menace of drugs as a whole RAPES the entire society, hence the prevailing drug menace has to be dealt seriously by deterrent punishment. The anarchy prevailed and presently the legal system at a pace of snail. People on ill mission of revenge are equally dangerous to the society, they would be for any type by any means of revenge that could satisfy only the seeker of vengeance, may be an opportunist as well, so as to seeking the opportunity to discharge an altruistic desire, or to commit a murder.
National Child Protection Authority complaints that there are 4000 pending cases of child abusing in the courts, thus children are exposed to  known child abusers as well by the protectors itself!

Delayed justice, prolonged hearings, and failure to gather witnesses, forensic materials, scientific evidences all amounts to abiding the escalation of the crimes further and further! 
Thus reviving the death penalty by hanging itself should induct and motivate the authorities to ultra-modernize the judicial procedures, speedy integrated intelligence gathering & analysis, meticulous search for truth within shortest time possible, handling of scientific samples etc.; these pre-requisites shall not deter the implementation of or revival of death penalty, in contrast it should carry the entire judicial procedures to new height of its own.     

Evils of the society that represents the altruistic behaviour within, have to be evicted earlier the best- that requires determined deterrent approach towards capital punishment, using ultra- modern techniques but reviving the way it was done is the best.

It is not the criminal who would be condemned to death that matters, whether this person could be a cause for social evil, by living further within the society and that should be the consideration- before hanging – President Maithripala Srisena’s decision to revive death penalty is a very welcoming one for Sri Lankan Society, in the present context.
