An Independent Nation Without Independent Rulers

When a so-called independent nation is ruled by “Un-Independent” rulers, the inhabitants of that nation never can become benefiters or enjoy the benefits of an independent nation, except a particular clan-the ruling clan.

Who has been designed to benefit the Independence? 

The rulers of this so-called independent nation never have been free thinkers for the nation, to build a nation of upright Sovereign State that is free of dependency on foreign countries even for its day-to-day affairs. A classic example for this state of affair is heavily depending on foreign countries for constant nightly illumination which is essential for its dwellers. 

The rulers have been heavily influenced by satanic ideas right from the beginning, first by hegemonic policies for leather-hunting for voter base only from majority dwellers, ill-fatedly injecting the ill-conceived idea of that, this island belongs one religion and one language into the credulous gullible population. 

This preempted claim totally disregards and discards that this island nation, Sri Lanka has a history beyond 2600 years and which is an unchallengeable fact, but it is cunningly confined only within 2600 years, that is the secret of claiming this Island  belongs only to just  one religious and language group;  every nation has history of transformation, and this transformations emerges  through  History Based on Scientific Genetical Findings of   Civic Distribution and Ancient Migratory patterns beyond 3000 years, thus the  preempt contradicts the scientific and geographical principles for the birth of an island nation with its inhabitants through earth and sea mobility. Conveniently forgotten fact is that, this Serendib was part of the now extinct larger broad continent of Lemuria many thousand years ago.  Forgetting conveniently for the sustainment and ensure the only majority dwellers’ elects rule the country forever. 

When rulers of a nation confine themselves to fabricated shortened history, insinuate that as a state policy decade by decade for their constituency, though this brought about and defined a particular language speaking religious majority society, as per the acquisitive wishes of those ruled this nation alternatively, brought up an un-pluralistic nation where amicability and peace is lost, and that is dismally claimed as ardent society but only within themselves an ostentatious ardency.  All Political Parties ruled and ruling this island nation fiercely fight for this constituency of ostentatious ardency. Lord Buddha’s preaching for calm and peace put to rest, attitude of revenge against insinuated satanic idea prevails and when it comes to the issues of other minority inhabitants of the Island, if one ruler is zealous other one is overzealous to uphold that insinuated state policy of one language and religion of their own that inducts hate amongst the other inhabitants against ruling community. 

There cannot be any wrong in the lone idea of only majority dwellers’ elect rule the country, but those who field themselves to be elected through that system are infested and influenced by crooked ideas to enormously swell their personal wealth, which is overtaken the justly governing the nation. The heavy influence of stealthy wealth making have enforced them to be votes attractive unscrupulously, but portraying as saviour of one religion and one language. The same fiendish ideas have influenced these rulers to the extent of enacting electoral processes that ensures their acquisitiveness, lessening the chances of losing in an election, outriding the voters' collective thinking for a change.   

True Buddha Dharma has been over ridden and disrespected by surreptitious satanic idea influencing on so-called defenders of it as for a policy demand. All the post-independence violence whatever the degree direct onslaught, insurgency or terrorism are outcome of this hegemonism by the rulers either directly or indirectly, and allowing Easter Day bombardment as well cannot be excluded from this fact.     

The post independent elected rulers or rather whole elected governing body have been heavily influenced by stealthy ideas has been pushing the general public to suffer continuously- the very worst is stealthy ideas influencing and deciding the policy planning and implementation. If one implement a plan for upliftment other one scraps it off disregarding the enormous amount of public funds and  time in years   spent on it, all just for pick-pocketing the implementers or lenders as avenues to swell the personal wealth. As for this type of horrendous political game rulers do not want to interact with intellectuals (which is hallmark for democratic process of changing rulers of a government) that  would stand up over the rulers' head before implementation and scrapping over a implemented plan for political reason, and saving public funds. 

Again, the classic example for this is suspending and mounting it to total ban on Solar Power Generation of Electricity by general public within Sri Lanka. The rulers spend colossal amount of public funds to attend the International Conferences and Forums to uphold the prioritizing the Green Natural Resources for Energy Power Generation and Minimizing the fossil generated power, sign documents to that effect, but come back to Sri Lanka implement the highest commission (for all involved) generating power generation totally depending on imported fossil burning and commissioning   the commission generation. Participation in the forums against for the proclamation against Global Warming becomes just a Jolly Safari on public funds as proclamation document dumped to dustbin. 

The Dollar commission addiction is deafening and blinding all involved in Electricity Power generation, from properly utilizing the abundant resources Island Sri Lanka possess to produce environmentally friendly recyclable energy resources for electrical power generation such as Windmill, Solar energy and Hydrodynamics of ocean and rivers.  The commission addiction blinds them to see the benefits from the Green Recyclable Energy Resources for generation of power against fossil burning for Electrical Power generation.

It should be the Policy and responsibility of the Rulers via electrical power producers and suppliers to balance, and it is not one or the other, the Windmill, Solar energy and Hydrodynamics power generation and fossil burning Power generation to ensure constant, uninterrupted power supply to general public; rather than voter attraction drama of shedding crocodile tears over potential electrical power interruption or of acting as messiahs against electrical power cuts.  

 

 

Another resource Sri Lankan Energy generation unadopted miss- calculatedly is, burning the daily collected waste directly for electrical power generation despite numerous recommendations. 

Here comes the ruler’s plight, as the rulers advocated 100% composting, after the separation of recyclable waste as the Solid Waste Management of daily collected quite a sometime now, wanted to dispose the compost produced over the last ten years or so, and imagined that is a popular demand and totally banned the importation of inorganic fertilizer’s and all went wrong miserably, while rest of the world unravelling the myth about composts produced from urban collected daily waste, against composts of originating from ruminants and poultry excreta, in which the latter only adopted and proven traditionally for soil enrichment.

Though international organizations advocate and somewhat impose on developing countries composting of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) for plant nutrition, but within their individual countries’ own backyard MSW composts are used only for landfills not directly as plant nutrients. The same developed rich nations with the objectives of reducing the environmentally detrimental fossil burning and for successful Solid Waste Management and to ensure clean cities have successfully developed environmentally friendly safe burning of tons of MSW for generation of electricity via steam power generated. Though this Waste thermal Energy (WtE) electrical generation have been preferred only by rich North American European countries at its inception, free thinking leaders of Asian Pacific region countries are quick to adopt this procedure to save enormous amount of foreign exchange spent for importing fossil-based products lonely for electrical generation. China, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Laos, Cambodia etc. account for 1200 (WtE) electrical plants and as well contribute to manage 30% to 40% the MSW daily collected. That is how Asia Pacific region (WtE) electrical plants outnumbers the American and European similar plants just nearing 800, according to the statistics of 2015.   

China used to import MSW to generate electricity mainly from Indonesian ports, but then decided upon to manage its own garbage than that of others’ through totally banning importation MSW, Indonesia had to find a solution for enormously stagnated MSW in its ports and within months they established at least one (WtE) electrical plant for all major cities. Our neighbour Indian City of Bengaluru have established 05 (WtE) electrical plants to manage the high demand of electricity and to keep the city clean, and more importantly become independent of dependency on imported fossil base products just to burn. Bengaluru Authorities understood that even though (WtE) electrical plants are expensive to establish and maintain, it is well and truly covered by Foreign Exchange saved in colossal amounts that is spent daily on Fossil Based plants. At the same time Sri Lankan Electricity Board (CEB) shamelessly has become (in)dependent to burrow daily required Diesel to burn on credit, for how long CEB is going to depend on barrowing Indian Diesel, is clueless.  An independent nation cannot go on barrowing from individual countries and become dependent of various countries to manage its daily affairs.       \

The Myth about MSW based compost

The hierarchy on Environmental Pollution Control shall revisit the policy of adopting composting alone for the MSW management after separating reusable and recyclable items in the backdrop of the myth that has been revealed on MSW originating compost. 

It has proven that MSW compost can serve as a carrier of potentially toxic elements such as Lead (Pb) and Cadmium (Cd), organic pollutants, carcinogens  and Determinant of Antibiotic Resistance to the environment and along the food chain. This is because MSW composting involve difference in contents collected from different institutions and households, and though various methods of composting are laid, all procedures crucially lack commonly agreed standard to regulate the content wise composting as well as contents of the output product by different bodies of public and commercial enterprises.

Thus, Central Environmental Authority shall revisit its policy of Solid Waste Management all alone through reduce, reuse and recycle, since such system alone never can withstand the pressure of daily enormously increasing garbage output by ever growing population and urbanization. Reduction of garbage collected shall include allowing safe incineration (WtE) for electricity generation, which has the benefit of less demand for refill land, ash is collected for recovery of minerals and for other uses in which Chinese (WtE) plants are doubly expertise.
